Event includes performances by the New York City Ballet, Elvis Costello and the Beijing Opera.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p>On Monday February 14th, The Hong Kong Salsa Festival begins its one week of events, including street dances, competitions and dance workshops.  Also on this day, U.S pop star Janet Jackson launches her latest world tour concert, featuring music from her chart-topping album \u201cNumber Ones.\u201d  <\/p>\n<p><strong>On Friday, February 18th, Birmingham Royal Ballet and Royal Ballet Sinfonia join hands to perform \u201cHobson\u2019s Choice\u201d, a program of the Hong Kong Arts Festival.<\/strong> The performance runs through Feb. 20.
