Place chicken and celery in medium bowl, breaking chicken into bite-size pieces, if needed. Stir in mayonnaise, onions, spice blend, and pepper until well blended.<br \/>\n2. Fold (gently mix) oranges into chicken salad.<br \/>\n3. Slice tomato into thin slices. Place lettuce leaves and tomato slices on plate. Top with chicken salad.
