We\u2019re at the end of a tied 2-2 NBA Finals and it\u2019s down to the Dallas Mavericks and the Miami Heat, whose coach, is making history. <strong>Spoelstra&#8217;s father<\/strong> is Irish Dutch American, and his mother is a native <strong>Filipina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In April 2008, <strong>Spoelstra<\/strong> was named successor to Pat Riley as head coach of the Miami Heat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Game 5 of the NBA finals against the Dallas Mavericks<\/strong> is tonight on ABC at 9 pm ET.<br \/>\n<!--break--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8230;and we&#8217;re not talking just the performance of their basketball team.
