Mayweather tried to postpone the deposition last minute, but Federal Magistrate Judge Robert Johnston denied his request and ordered Mayweather to appear for deposition today. Mayweather did not appear.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pacquiao&#8217;s<\/strong> attorney, Daniel Petrocelli of O&#8217;Melveny &#038; Myers, said, <strong>&#8220;Mr. Mayweather maliciously leveled false accusations about Mr. Pacquiao<\/strong>. We are anxious to examine him under oath about those statements.
