{"id":9350,"date":"2011-06-18T18:06:57","date_gmt":"2011-06-18T18:06:57","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2011-06-18T18:06:57","modified_gmt":"2011-06-18T18:06:57","slug":"Police-searching-for-missing-Vancouver-woman","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asiancemagazine.com\/?p=9350","title":{"rendered":"Police searching for missing Vancouver woman"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Vancouver Police are asking for the public&#8217;s assistance to help find a missing Vancouver woman<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Family last had contact with <strong>38-year-old Yoo Chung Choi at around 11 p.m. Friday<\/strong>, and she hasn&#8217;t been seen or heard from since.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ms. Choi <\/strong>may be emotionally distressed and there is concern that she may try to harm herself.<\/p>\n<p><strong>She is Korean<\/strong>, 5-foot-2, 120 pounds with a slim build and has long dark black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a medium length black skirt, blouse and black rain jacket.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yoo&#8217;s car was found earlier Saturday outside of Lynn Valley Park<\/strong> by the North Vancouver RCMP and an area search of Lynn Valley Park is being undertaken by Park Rangers, North Shore Search and Rescue and RCMP.<\/p>\n<p>Police are also checking local transit stations, taxi companies and hospitals but have failed to turn up any sign of her.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anyone who sees Yoo Chung Choi is asked to call 9-1-1 and wait with her until police arrive.<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--break--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vancouver Police are asking for the public&#8217;s assistance to help find a missing Vancouver woman.
