{"id":9407,"date":"2011-06-24T03:06:56","date_gmt":"2011-06-24T03:06:56","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2011-06-24T03:06:56","modified_gmt":"2011-06-24T03:06:56","slug":"Apple-Sues-Samsung-in-Patent-Fight","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asiancemagazine.com\/?p=9407","title":{"rendered":"Apple Sues Samsung in Patent Fight"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>U.S. technology giant Apple<\/strong> today, has filed a lawsuit in South Korea claiming Samsung Electronics infringed upon several patents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apple filed a lawsuit in April in the United States, claiming Samsung had copied its smart phones and tablet computers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The South Korean company responded later that month with a lawsuit in Seoul<\/strong>, the U.S. and Germany, alleging patent infringements by Apple.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Despite the legal wrangling, the two firms have a close business relationship<\/strong>.
