spray-painted red and white<\/strong> &#8211; were used to make the giant flag to celebrate Singapore&#8217;s 46th National Day.<\/p>\n<p>This metal structure &#8211; <strong>measuring 15 by 10 by four feet<\/strong> &#8211;
