Four Real Housewives of NYC to Be Fired
US weekly is reporting four NYC Housewives castmates are on the chopping block: Cindy Barshop, Kelly Killoren Bensimon, Alex McCord and Jill Zarin. (“They are sick of her being a diva,” a source explains of Zarin, 47.)
The Huffington Post reports that Zarin, Bensimon, 43, McCord, 37 were notified by Bravo on Thursday morning that they would not be part of the full-time cast next season.
With that group gone, only LuAnn de Lesseps, Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan will remain in the core cast, with additional new castmates to be determined.
Singer, meanwhile, is negotiating a new contract, but another source says, “If they can’t agree, she will be off the show as well.”
I hope Ramona stays! Good decision regarding Jill! Not a fan of Bethenny either!
I want Ramona to stay also. She was so nice to my mother on the phone when I encountered her at a Lounge in NYC in 2008 when I barely knew about the show. I explained that my mother being very sick and homebound was a huge fan of the show and mainly of Ramona’s character because she believed that she wasn’t a phony like the others and did everything for her daughter. Not only did she speak to my mother for about 30 mins or more but she also offered to buy my friends a round of drinks! (My mother clearly worked her charm again.) I actually had to ask for my cell phone back bc I needed to make another call. She is actually super nice and much more attractive in person.
