Curvy Women have the best chance online with Asian Men
Love comes in all shapes and sizes. But when it comes to online dating, new data reveals that some shapes get more love from men than others.
AYI.com, a leading Facebook integrated dating app with over 70 million installs, analyzed over 3.6 million interactions from their user base to learn which ethnicities currently prefer curvy women when looking for love online.
They discovered that while men across the board preferred slender women, full-figured women have a significantly better chance with one ethnicity: Asian men.
In fact, when AYI.com users are given the option to ‘yes’ or ‘skip’ potential matches, Asian men were 85% more likely than Caucasian men to ‘yes’ curvy women. Black men, who preferred curvy women the second most, were 52% more likely than Caucasian men to ‘yes’ curvy women, followed by Hispanic men who were 28% more likely.
Intrigued by these findings, AYI.com dug even deeper to find whether or not the ethnicity of the curvy women themselves also played a role. Interestingly, they discovered that males from each ethnicity actually preferred a curvy woman outside of their own ethnicity the most.
Both curvy Hispanic women and curvy Asian women were most preferred by black men, while curvy African-American women and curvy Caucasian women were most preferred by Asian men.
So for the women out there who love their curves, don’t be afraid to give Asian men a chance—turns out they’ll appreciate your curves just as much as you do!

This claim is highly dubious. I have never heard nor seen any Asian man with a preference for grossly overweight nor obese women. Asian men from Asia prefer petite women, in fact in most Asian cultures fat (by Asian standards which are even more strict than Western standards) is considered highly unattractive. For Asian American men who have grown up under the influence of western culture, why would they have tastes and preferences that differ from the norm? There is no singular Asian American culture regardless, and there is nothing in any Asian culture that prefers fat over skinny. The only mechanism that might explain this is that since Asian American men are considered the lowest rung on the dating ladder, they may simply not have much choice. The fact that they prefer white curvy women over other ethnicities supports this.
