How Coffee helps you to gain weight rather than lose weight

Coffee=America’s favorite drink. However, most people, like myself believe that Coffee helps you to lose weight. On the contrary, it helps you to retain water weight. Starbucks is one of my favorite breeding grounds! One cup of coffee is equal to 6 full glasses of water in terms of loss of hydration. Rather than drink coffee, it is much more advisable to drink warm water with lemon and Raw Indian White Honey or Warm Herbal Tea with Organic Raw Indian Honey. This beverage has benefits that are twofold=weight loss and beauty drink as it flushes out the system! 🙂

Doing a Seasonal Cleanse for a week at a time is also very advisable! I buy my “cleansing kit” at a reputable health food store.

Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day
Make at least 3 of those glasses contain lemon, lime and/or sour orange juice. Also, adding slices of cucumber add to the detox effect of the beverage.

Sugar Honey, Honey

I love Starbucks and they love me because I am a loyal customer! I felt like I was running a free babysitting service there for a while. The little ones would go there every day with mommy and run over to me but not want to leave. They are too cute for words! I love children! I always got a lot of work done there. Starbucks has a wide array of choices. You don’t have to order coffee. They have my favorite which is Passion Herbal Iced Tea, Decaffeinated beverages and healthy cold and hot drinks that are sugar and caffeine free and healthy food and snacks. It is my home away from home! 🙂

I’ll look for the very pretty woman with an intelligent grin sitting behind a laptop as if she’s writing a mystery novel……and of course her binder of minimum information requirements and a nearby medical team to pass potential coffee meeting scrutiny. We won’t share cups, so relax.

OK. I’ll narrow it down. I will meet you at the one in New York City! How’s that?? LOL

Trust me, no man is up to the challenge. I am very difficult, demanding, super picky and fickle as I never like anyone! Even if I fall hard, I fall out regardless of how long the spell lasts on me! I love being independent and I am happiest when not having to deal with a man and his complications, ex-wife, and other demands. I do love catering to my man (if he deserves it) but that gets old too! The best way to get me is to create the illusion that you are in high demand and that you are not interested or attracted to me=then I will love you until you fall hard for me at which point I run for the hills! It is a pattern with me. That is why I am not married! I also like to spend much more time than is considered healthy for humans alone. I do allow my doggie to spend time with me during my “alone time” however. He sits there and looks up at me waiting for his next meal or his walk. My “alone time” has annoyed the shit out of each one of my ex-fiances as they were in constant need of attention and wanted to live together. I have to live alone because I am a germaphobe and the habits of others bother me too much=it destroys my sanctuary and Feng Shui if you will. Finally, the “checking in with the other half” doesn’t go over well with me at all. I am a Free Agent and do not want to have to check in with anyone for anything! 🙁

Now it’s your turn to say, Gosh I just mentioned meeting and coffee. Why are we talking about living together and the reason you are not married?? The reason is because you are Anonymous and the scenario isn’t real! That’s why. 🙂

You might raise a few eyebrows if you’re breeding in Starbucks!

Ah, the Aquarian spirit. I don’t like to be interrupted during coffee alone time also. So this screen is about as close as we will get. And that’s alright.
