Tiger Woods Charities caught up in ponzi scheme
Stealing from people, eventually trickles down to the ‘little people’!
The Woods charities have learned that they can be sued over funds they “innocently” received as a result of a Ponzi scheme.
According to legal docs in the case” Janvey v. Tiger Woods Foundation Inc., 14-cv-1567, U.S. District Court, Northern District” filed in Dallas, Texas,
Bloomberg News reported that Tiger Woods Foundation Inc. and Tiger Woods Charity Event Corp. received $500,000 in charitable contributions from R. Allen Stanford’s Ponzi scheme.
The Woods foundations tried to persuade U.S. District Judge David C. Godbey to dismiss the suit but failed.
The Woods charities argued that the complainant waited too long before suing. But Judge Godbey denied their dismissal request because of irregularities in the “discovery” rule, an exception to deadlines filing suits under the statue of limitations.
The Ponzi schemer, R. Allen Stanford, described as a “mini-Madoff”, is currently serving a 110-year prison sentence.
It is unclear whether or not Tiger had any knowledge of the inner workings of his own charities and potential liabilities.
I really doubt he did!

Tiger Woods and his family most notably his mother Katilda have worked long and hard on his Charity and as a result they have touched and improved the lives of so many individuals! He is removed from the situation and does not get involved in the Financial Dealings of the Organization. That is why it is of utmost importance to trust the individuals that you hire to run the finances of your organization. Don’t pick on Tiger and his family but rather bring to light the Warlocks of Wall Street! Ponzi Scheme Scammers are almost always little napoleons from Manhattan who want to get super rich so bad! 🙁 I still regret not having access to a baseball bat when I encountered Dick Fuld at a party in where else?? Greenwich, CT! Bernie Madoff, Steve Cohen, and Mark Dreier ring a bell? Two are in jail and one should be, which one is that?? Cohen should be in jail for running a mafia like group of insider traders who regulate and raid the stock market!! They finally caught Raj Rajaratnam but these guys need to be stripped of all assets, forced to pay back society for their insane greed, and sent to prison for life!! 🙁

I don’t know which site is more horrific, her or the car?? Too many of these greedy and dispicable Thieves in White Collars live in Greenwich, CT=the new hideout for these Corporate Con-Artists and their hideous, undereducated and beyond tacky wives! 🙁

Greenwich used to be better than Pleasantville. I went on my very first date with my ex fiance at Blue in Greenwich, CT. My family has a long history there. Unfortunately, it is now The New Park Avenue with an influx of White Collar Criminals with very shady backgrounds who build monuments to themselves. These men do not come from Greenwich and do not have a family history in Greenwich but rather hail from remote areas of the United States from the mid-west to the South to the West Coast! It really has gotten to be very tacky with all of the enormous Institution-like homes! Do you see some of the cars that the women drive in that town and the women themselves?? They get the Worst Dressed Award for sure! When you are rich, you have no excuse to be fat, out of shape and look worse than an unmade bed! Sorry! 🙁 I am doing an investigative report on why it is that so many of these Prospective Convicts and future Prison Mates are so attracted to the town of Greenwich. Is it the tax structure? Is it the remote location and the allotment of land surrounding the homes? We will take a hawk eye look into why this area of 5 towns is the new hideout for the Con-Artists of Wall Street! 🙁

Thank you for your comment but I am hardly wealthy or powerful enough to have any real impact on the lives of these individuals. The “Headlines” that they fear come from such Publications as Fox News, CNN, CNBC, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Forbes, etc. That is one of the greatest aspects of doing AsianceMagazine = the creative freedom and protective anonymity. You couldn’t pay me any amount of money to appear on any news network as a commentator or a “talking head” if you will and I highly doubt that I have to live in fear of being actively recruited for such a job! I have zero desire to be a Kimberley Guilfoyle, Gretchen Carlson, and or Elizabeth Hasselback thank you very much! They love what they do and more power to them but it is not for everyone! I am very passionate about AsianceMagazine and I am very lucky to finally be doing all of the things that I love! Creativity, passion and happiness are priceless as opposed to money and material things! 🙂
