Annie Le murder suspect to appear in court – $3million bail

Ray Clark, the alleged Yale murderer, is expected to appear in New Haven Superior Court tomorrow where a judge will hear arguments about whether to unseal a search warrant issued after Clark’s Sept. 17th arrest for the murder of Annie Le, a Yale University graduate student. Le’s body was found behind a lab wall on the day she was supposed to marry fiancé, Jonathan Widawsky.

A source close to the Widawsky’s family tells me, “the family is doing well and they are trying to move forward as best they can.”

Clark is accused of strangling Le and has pleaded not guilty. He is currently being held at the MacDougall-Walker Correctional Institution in Suffield, Conn., a maximum security prison, on $3 million bail.
