Swan Lake is my favorite ballet! I often attend the production given by The New York City Ballet which is beautiful!
This production is exquisite! It is unlike anything I have ever seen in that acrobatics is infused into the choreography of the ballet. See for yourself and let me know what you think!
Another wonderful production worthy of mention is Shen Yun Performing Arts. Shen Yun Performing Arts, a nonprofit organization based in New York, is proudly the world’s premier classical Chinese dance and music company. The company’s members are mostly ethnic Chinese who grew up in the West. And Shen Yun’s mission is to revive the spirit of traditional Chinese culture.
They feature varied theme performances throughout the year and I have never seen anything quite like it before! The closest thing that comes to mind is a great Bollywood Musical. The costumes are phenomenal, the talent is unbelievable and the entire production is just sheer perfection! I had the honor of attending quite a few performances and each one is more stunning than the next!
