The China Question premieres tonight at 9pm

“The China Question” will premiere tonight (June 3rd) at 9pm, and will repeat at 12am on CNBC.

The two hour documentary will reair on Sunday, June 5th at 8pm.

Through the stories of ordinary people and analysis from the world’s leading experts, “The China Question” explores the challenge America faces as China becomes the world’s second superpower. To understand the economic, political and moral implications of China’s rise, filmmaker Brook Silva-Braga spent over a year traveling both China and America. On a thoughtful, personal journey we meet Chinese and Americans dealing with extraordinary change, and reflect on the twists of fate and history that brought us here.

  • This looks good. Everyone should watch it. The Chinese are buying up everything in America. Interesting video. American businessmen want to work with American manufacturers for their products but they can’t compete with the Chinese work ethic..Is it too late for us?

    Thank you for advertising this special investigation. I watched it last night and it was very informative.

    What I took away from it was the following:
    Eventhough so many Americans would prefer to work with American Companies, the American Companies are becoming increasingly difficult to work with and more expensive despite the fact that the results are disappointing as compared with that of Chinese Companies. One issue is that the work ethic differs dramatically. Therefore, the Chinese Companies are being sought out as a result.
