Tiger Woods in Singapore
One of the world’s best-known golfer and one-time World No. 1 Tiger Woods is in Singapore. But it will be brief stop in the Lion City for Tiger. Sources told Channel NewsAsia that the American golfer has already arrived here.
Tiger in town to “experience the various attractions” at Marina Bay Sands. A spokesperson from the Integrated Resort said they invited the star golfer to stop over in Singapore, on his way to the Australian Open in Sydney.
As part of his trip here, Tiger is expected to tee off Thursday at a private event at the Laguna National Golf and Country Club. Security is expected to be tight there, with only invited guests allowed in.
