Nights in Rodanthe

I know that I am late to the party when it comes to this movie but I saw it for the first time last night and I loved it!! I highly recommend it but I warn you that it is a real tear jerker. Richard Gere and Diane Lane are two amazing actors who do not get enough credit in Hollywood! Great story, great acting, great setting, great ending with the horses, great lesson. I wish more movies of this quality were made. The love of your life will be someone who brings out the best in you and makes you a better person and vice versa. We should all be so lucky! I would love a doctor with real character and substance who resembles Richard Gere, wouldn’t you?? I know, that might be asking for too much. The entire time I kept watching him I wanted to run my fingers through his great mane of salt and pepper hair (which I had to keep to myself of course being that I am polite and respectful of the feelings of others). : ( Needless to say, he is major eye candy for me and then some! None of the other Hollywood actors do it for me as they have 0% sex appeal.

Ignore the dorks in the commentary afterwards. The guy in the commentary is full of it. It is every man’s fantasy regardless of age to have an affair with the beautiful Diane Lane. The lady is a maneater. Bon Jovie wrote “You give love a bad name” because he was stuck on her for crying out loud! Needless to say, I doubt that it is one of Dorothea’s favorites. This movie is probably more of a chick flick. I live for this kind of romantic stuff! I hope you enjoy him er the movie as much as I did!
