How to Attract Men

Figuring out what guys like is easy. Right? Everybody knows they love hanging with the guys. And sports. And women. And beer. Don’t forget the beer! But seriously…what do men like when it comes to WOMEN? Quite a bit, it turns out. Here’s the lowdown on some of the things that are MOST important to men when it comes to women.

1. HE LOVES YOUR SEX APPEAL.
Here’s a fact you have probably known for years:

Men are visual creatures. Men love to look at the female form. Sometimes they do it without even realizing they are doing it! Have you ever called out a boyfriend for staring at another woman? And then he had the NERVE to act like he didn’t know what you were talking about? Well don’t do that anymore if you do. (I kindly offer to break the ice for an introduction so that he can get a close up and personal view of her assets while he undresses her with his eyes). LOL Men do that all day long and even when they think we don’t notice–we do–it is so blantantly obvious! LOL But you know what? He might not have realized he did it! Men are hardwired to notice women’s hard bodies. So give him ample reason to notice yours! You don’t have to dress provocatively. You don’t have to show a lot of skin. You DO have to wear clothes that flatter your figure. You DO have to take care of your body the best you can. You DO have to walk with confidence. You do have to have a firm shape, assets and actually have a waist. So if you don’t, invest in a gym, Jenny Craig and lots of Spandex for the time being. Use your sex appeal to get his attention. It never fails, whether you just met or you’ve been together for years.

2. HE WANTS TO WIN YOU.
Have you ever watched men flock around women at a bar? There is always that one woman who seems to get all the attention. (like me for instance) She’s the one who dresses provocatively. She flirts outrageously. She makes promises that all the guys believe. At the end of the night, she just might go home with one of them. It SEEMS like men enjoy this type of woman, but the truth is a bit more complicated. Men like a woman who plays hard to get. He wants to WORK for the pleasure of being in your company. A woman who is easy to get is someone who won’t really make him feel like a man. He wants a woman who is WORTH the chase. (like me) I know that I am more than worth the chase. Are you? YOU are worth the chase. So give him a wink and let the games begin.

3. HE LIKES TO BE IN CHARGE.
Everyone knows the “alpha male” type. That’s the guy who is always strong and in control. That’s the man who knows what he wants and goes after it. (Trust me, you don’t have time for any other guy). There is a little bit of that alpha male in every guy on the planet. It boils down to one simple point: Men like to be in charge. They want to be masters of their domain, kings of their castle, and captains of their souls. That means they like it when things go their way. But that can cause some friction when they are dating someone, or when they move into a relationship. Because suddenly, what they want isn’t the only thing they have to take into consideration. It takes time for anyone to change. There is a reason so many people say “Change is bad.” But if you give him time, he WILL change. He will take your thoughts and feelings and needs into account. That doesn’t mean he will give up being in charge, though! There is another saying that is true: “Some things never change.”

4. HE WANTS TO BE HAPPY.
Who doesn’t want to be happy? Men love to be happy. But even more than that, they love to make a woman happy. If a guy can be happy and make YOU happy at the same time, he feels like he won the lottery! Men are drawn to women who are positive about life and optimistic about the future. People who have such an upbeat attitude are great to be around. A guy likes to surround himself with people like that. That’s why he loves to be with you when you are happy and upbeat, but likes to make himself scarce when you’re not. If you are having a rough day and he’s not around, don’t take it personally. But here’s the catch: It won’t always be that way! When a man is in love with you, he wants to make you happy. That means even on your worst day, he wants to be with you. He hopes he can make it better. If you are both working to keep each other happy, that’s what a man likes the most.

5. HE LIKES STABILITY.
Though some men might seem to have cold feet about commitment, that is not always the case. A man wants a woman he can count on. I’m going to share a secret with you. It’s one that most men will never admit. Here it is:
Men love stability and commitment just as much as you do! They want to be cherished. They want to be the center of your world. Even if a man is afraid of commitment, and even if he is wary of being in a relationship, it doesn’t change that longing that is in his very nature. He WANTS to be the man you need. If you can give him a stable relationship – if you can be patient with him and put up with all his quirks while he tries to figure it out – he will appreciate you more than you can imagine.

6. HE LOVES CONFIDENCE.
We’ve already talked about how much he loves your sex appeal and the confidence you have. But what about your confidence in HIM? Men LOVE to hear how wonderful they are. They want to know they are hot! They need to feel sexy and confident just as much as women do. It might seem like they don’t. After all, men are TOUGH. Right? But once you get inside that tough outer shell, they have rather tender hearts. Shhhh! Don’t tell anyone I said that! But you should put it into action. If he is wearing a great tie, tell him. If he looks fantastic in those new boxers, give him a wink. If he looks sexy after working out, give that muscle a feel and let him know! WINK The cool thing is that you will NOT have to make things up. If you are really into him, you already KNOW he is awesome. It is just a matter of telling him. The more you praise him, the more
confident he will be. The more confident he is, the more responsive he will be to you. You will both be much happier!

The more you know about him, the more often you can give him exactly what he likes. The more he has that he likes, the more he will like YOU.
