HOMEMADE PROTEIN POWER BARS
INGREDIENTS
1 can unsweetened low fat condensed milk
3 tblespoons soybean (or other) oil
2 tablespoons of vanilla (or other flavoring)
1 cup of protein powder
1/4 cups of skimmed powdered milk
4 drops of black walnut flavoring (or other flavoring)
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts or almonds
sugar substitute or honey to taste
Procedure
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, spread on brownie pan, chill and cut in squares=then serve.
