With the 2012 Winter National Championships starting tomorrow, SwimSwam had given a day-by-day breakdown of what and who to watch for in the meet.

Nathan Adrian will be swimming on day 1, tomorrow, where he’s the top seed of the 50 free. He hasn’t swum a yards race since the 50 and 100 NCAA titles back in 2011. He will be challenged there by fellow Olympians Jimmy Feign and Matt Grevers, so be sure to watch and cheer him on!
