MTV announced that it is bring “America’s Best Dance Crew” back from cancelation.
The competition series will return this summer with six new episodes, the network announced during Saturday’s Television Critics Association press tour.
The series, which is produced by former “American Idol” judge and mentor Randy Jackson, will have new judges. MTV has yet to name them.
The cable network canceled “America’s Best Dance Crew” in 2012 after seven seasons. Mario Lopez served as a host, as well as an executive producer.
The greatest teams to come out of this program were Asian. The Beat Freaks, led by Rino Nakasone and Quest Crew, a full male Asian American team.
