Sautéed Bok Choy
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 pressed garlic cloves
1 head of bok choy trimmed and cut into bite-size pieces
Quick Steps:
Preheat oil in large skillet or wok on medium for 2-3 mins.
Cook garlic in oil until fragrant for 1-2 mins.
Add bok choy and cook until green parts of leaves turn bright green and the stalks become slightly translucent for 5-8 mins.
