Tiffany & Co. Blue Book Launch Party
April 10, 2014
Celebrating with all the glamour of its great heritage, Tiffany unveiled its 2014 Blue Book tonight at the Guggenheim Museum, one of New York’s leading cultural institutions. The approximately 300 guests, including Jessica Biel, Kate Bosworth, Katie Holmes, Hilary Rhoda and Jessica Joffe, stepped into an atmosphere sparkling with gems of pure, saturated color, handcrafted in designs as diverse and exuberant as nature itself. Attendees were also treated to a one-night-only sound and light installation titled “The Diamond Sky” by the Leo Kuelbs Collection, John Ensor Parker and Glowing Bulb. This moving spectacle included mesmerizing imagery of Blue Book jewels in three-dimensional forms that filled the museum’s rotunda.
Tiffany enters new era of design with Tiffany T collection
Jeweler Tiffany & Co. is aiming for increased interest from modern consumers through the introduction of the Tiffany T collection.
The collection, the first designed by newly hired design director Francesca Amfitheatrof, features bracelets, necklaces and rings to bring Tiffany jewelry into a new era. Tiffany is looking for a new stand-out icon that celebrates creativity and the jeweler’s codes.
“A new collection that honors the traditions of Tiffany and builds on a new concept, like the T collection, if promoted properly, should resonate with a new generation,” said John Casey, senior vice president of Havas Public Relations, New York.
“Using social media to promote a new collection, particularly pieces created by a young designer, should be a key component of a brand’s marketing strategy,” he said.

A new era
As a trained jeweler and silversmith, Ms. Amfitheatrof’s designs are being heralded as the pieces that will move Tiffany into the future, according to the brand. With this notion behind the Tiffany T collection’s designs, the jeweler has placed Ms. Amfitheatrof at the forefront of its promotional materials for the pieces.
By giving face to the collection, consumers may be more inclined to browse through the line once they understand the personal inspirations behind each piece.
The pieces of the collection are the “measure of the city” of New York where Tiffany is based. Ms. Amfitheatrof aimed to capture the “power, energy and daring” of the city to appeal to global travelers.
Made of 18-karat rose, yellow or white gold and sterling silver, the pieces support the “sheer lightness of Tiffany design” and its American spirit. The jeweler began teasing the collection on social media from Aug. 15.
Since Aug. 18, when the collection officially debuted in North America, Tiffany continued its social media activity to spread awareness for the collection. In daily postings, Tiffany shared pieces and campaign images of the collection along with little bits of information about the shown item.

Tiffany & Co History
One of my two engagement rings is a Tiffany & Co. Classic! I lost the man but kept the ring!! I love it and will keep it forever! 🙂
I love the color “Tiffany” Blue. I even wear nail polish that color! 🙂

Tiffany enters new era of design with Tiffany T collection – I love it and my name doesn’t even start with a “T”!! 🙂
Few things are more exciting than receiving that little blue box from Tiffany & Co.! I will never forget how thrilled I was to receive my first engagement ring from my ex-fiancé! I got rid of him for obvious reasons but kept the ring = believe me I earned it!! I love the pearl diamond stud earrings and the watches! I don’t own any Tiffany Watches as of yet but hopefully this Christmas! 🙂

Paaallllease this narcissist isn’t into this woman. Me thinks he has political aspirations…well good luck with that! Just what we need, another pretty boy, dimwit on a power trip in office….and I don’t mean Obama! Although Obama needs to shut his mouth in regards to race in this country. It is not his place. Unless he wants to divide us even more! STFU!
You mean politics isn’t the stage for ugly people? Marisa…..that’s your queue…….
I wonder where George Clooney bought “the ring” ? Or maybe there wasn’t one?
oh yeah and remember when Princess Diana died and he tried to stage this coup against the paparazzi? It totally backfired and the photographers banned together and refused to photograph him at all, even on red carpets! Boy he sure shut up after that, hun? How he recovered from that was beyond me. He should have been blacklisted by Hollywood and taken (Hanoi) Jane Fonda with him!
Nancy is right again! I can’t stand that narcissistic “pretty boy.” The man actually thinks that he is an important Politician! 🙁 No one takes him seriously as he is just a Movie Actor. His credentials are not too impressive and he is the poster child for narcissism! In other words, there really isn’t too much going on upstairs as they say. Where is the substance?? You can just tell that he has more grooming products than his now wife does. I am guessing that he has anywhere from 600-over 1000 photos of himself=he is that type! Good luck getting any time in the bathroom living with him! 🙁 He is a complete turn-off and what you want to avoid in a man! An overgrown imbecile! 🙁
They are both too old for all of that nonsense and fanfair! 🙁
What is a lawyer but an actor, what is a judge but a critic and what is a courtroom but a stage. All the world is a stage! George Clooney and Brad Pitt remind me of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern in Shakespeare’s “Hamlet.” They are courtiers or (2 goons) the king sends to spy on Hamlet, using their claimed friendship with him to gain his confidence. See a pattern here?? 🙁
