In a report published by People.co.uk, there has been a verbal agreement made between golf star Tiger Woods and wife Elin Woods that Tiger has to stay devoted and faithful to wife Elin for five years so as to retain joint custody of their two children: daughter Sam, 2 and son Charlie, one year old. Apparently Tiger Woods’ children are very important to him.

If the disgraced golfer cheats on his wife again, he stands to lose custody of his children as well as will be liable to give half of his fortune, estimated to be worth a billion dollars, to Elin.

Tiger Woods’ wife Elin is also already to receive an undisclosed amount each year that she stays with Tiger for five years.

The magazine quoted a source which says, “Tiger loves his children very dearly and wouldn’t do anything to risk losing them again. He and Elin are doing their best to keep the marriage going.
