Many people have described the shrimpers and fisherman affected by the BP oil spill as unheard by the mass media. What many people don’t understand, is many of these people are literally unheard in the midst of this crisis – a large portion of the shrimper and fishing demographic in the Gulf Coast are Vietnamese and do not speak English.
So sad for the fishermen and animals! Some things are a little too coincidental for this to be just an accident…hmmm!
