You know AR Rahman is going to win at the Oscars tomorrow. He is up for 3 Oscars. I’m really looking forward to Danny Boyle winning Best Director!

Slumdog Millionaire goes to the Oscars with 10 nominations and if it takes as many as seven statuettes it will equal the performance of Shakespeare in Love, the last British film to sweep the Academy Awards.

But Slumdog Millionaire will need to win all 10 nominations to beat The English Patient, Anthony Minghella’s Second World War romance, which won nine Academy Awards in 1997.
