Brenda Song wins lawsuit

Disney star Brenda Song has won her legal battle against a company who used her photograph to advertise an escort service.

“The Suite Life of Zack & Cody” star will receive $100,000 from Vibe Media Inc, which published a head shot of her in an escort ad in the L.A. Weekly newspaper last year.

The ad read, “Hawaiian beauty. Come get lei’d.”

Brenda stated, “As a role model to millions of young people, I feel I have to take a stand against this company in regard to its exploitation of my image.”
