One of the highlights of the “All That Skate” performance was by Kim Yu-Na and Michelle Kwan. Kim and Kwan skated a duet to “Hero,” by Mariah Carey. The song, while beautiful, is a bit cliché. However, add David Wilson choreography and two of the best female figure skaters of all time and what you get is a match made in heaven. Kwan and Kim did not perform a single jump in the duet, showing that sometimes fast, beautiful skating is just as impressive as a triple-axel.
