The PAN PACIFIC PRINCESS PAGEANT (USA) is the brainchild of Special Care Community Services, Inc. Chief Executive Officer Senen Cabalfin. As an Asian-American, Ms. Cabalfin’s goal for this project is to instill consciousness on the needs of the developmentally disabled individuals amongst Asian American Youth. The pageant is also aimed at getting the candidates be involved in community projects affecting and improving the lives of their less fortunate brethren. The candidates are judged in this competition not only according to their beauty and talent, but most importantly on their ability to demonstrate a genuine interest towards the improvement of the quality of lives of the disabled individuals and their families.
