Bachelor Nimmi Kathirithamby

Nimmi (aka Jay) serves on the National Steering Committee for Project by Project. He works closely with the board on a lot of coordination matters and such, providing legal and general counsel. He is smart, good-looking, tall, witty, easy going, dedicated, loyal, and the kind of person everyone loves to have as a friend. He has a terrific sense of humor and is always down to get out of the house and do something fun! Nimmi also works for an Investment Advisor as inhouse counsel and as a compliance officer (Firm name left out, per firm policy). He’s also an Avid skier, hockey/baseball fan and loves to travel.

What is the first thing you notice in a woman?

Legs/if she is tall

What qualities to you look for in a girlfriend?

Aside from initial looks, she has to be very smart and driven in whatever she chooses to do, ambitious, but not cutthroat.

What was the longest relationship you were ever in?

Roughly 4 years

Did you ever have a nickname given to you by a girlfriend?

Of course, but I’m not going to say! haha

On his first kiss: Well, first one was completely unintentional, but it was burned in my head. I was taunting a classmate in first grade, and her retaliation was to kiss me straight on the lips… it was an odd feeling, but certainly made an impression… first intentional one would be way later in middle school at a party on a dare. I’m not going to out any people though, haha. Second time I was 13.

On a perfect date: Nice small restaurant, probably something fun on the lower east side, so we could talk and really get to know each other better (I usually do the first date thing after getting quick drinks, to see if there is any chemistry or what not). After dinner, maybe go do something active, like play pool or bowl, or perhaps hit a lounge if we are both in the relax and talk mood. I mostly try to see what she would prefer to do (based on options id present)…

Do you have a celebrity crush or someone, who is in the public eye that you would like to date?

Grace Park, but sadly she is married.
