In a recent interview with Elie Seckbach, Arum claims that Floyd Mayweather Jr., turned down $65 million to fight his client Manny Pacquiao.

And he thinks that shows Mayweather’s intelligence because Pacquiao would “clean his clock.”

However, Arum claims that Mayweather’s record should be 41-1 for “ducking” Pacquiao “the way he has.”
