Deepika Padukone stars in Bollywood film – opens today!
Following the Oscar-nominated hit Lagaan and the epic blockbuster Jodhaa Akbar, award-winning director Ashutosh Gowariker returns with the period thriller KHELEIN HUM JEE JAAN SEY which brings together Bollywood superstars Abhishek Bachchan and Deepika Padukone. Based on the true story of the 1930 Chittagong Uprising in British India and shot mostly in Goa, the film opens in theaters worldwide TODAY, December 3.

Incidentally, my fav old movie actress, Vivien Leigh had a very interesting upbringing in India. Her father made his fortune there. Leigh was born Vivian Mary Hartley in Darjeeling, Bengal Presidency, British India, to Ernest Hartley, a British Officer in the Indian Cavalry.
