1/11/11 is Today’s Date. How Odd is That!
Will You Ever See that Again? No Way!
How odd is that! Get it?
The last odd number was on 1/1/11 which was ten days from today. January 1, 2011.
The next time the numbers 1/1/11 or 1/11/11 for a date will occur will be in the year 2111. Then the date will be 1/1/11 and 1/11/11 again. But will any of us be around then to see those dates?
Not unless the world sees an increase in the average age, or unless science gives us a way to preserve these earthly bodies and live longer. No, none of us is likely to see that configuration of the date of first day of the first month, or the eleventh day of the first month with a year ending in ’11. Nothwithstanding those who may be born today who may live to see the ripe old age of 100. Or any child currently alive who may live beyond the age of 100.
Come November, the 11th month, we will see 11/1/11 on the first day of the month, and then 11/11/11 on the 11th day of the month.
I love this stuff! As you all are aware, I study and follow Astrology (particularly numerology) and find this fascinating!
I guess I am just one odd example! Get it? That is for you little James (my little math STEM wizard). James is also very curious about Astronomy and loved the movie “Cosmic Collisions” at the Museum of Natural History in New York City.

In case some people are not aware of what STEM means. The STEM Program is a specialized program for highly intelligent “gifted” children and stands for Science Technology Engineering and Math. For the future survival of this country, I believe that all children should be receiving this education. Unfortunately, at the current time, only a minority of children in this country are accepted to this program and are capable of learning the material. 🙁

I bake cupcakes to celebrate these special birthdays of the odd consecutive dates. Tonight we are entitled to a special treat, yummy! Of course, I made 1+11+11=23 cupcakes. An odd number for an odd group of people in more ways than one!
Sorry if you weren’t invited, try not to be jealous.
