Perhaps you’ve heard the news that AOL has agreed to purchase the Huffington Puffington Post for some $300 million and to place left-wing activist and non-journalist in charge of the entire AOL news operation.

It’s amazing. It’s stunning. And it illustrates just how crazy and self-destructive America’s corporate culture has become.

Remember, AOL once meant “America Online.” But what the company has done is to procure the services of a non-American (at least in the “natural born citizen” sense of the word), non-journalist in charge of its news content. In fact, I would suggest to you that the Huffington Puffington Post is little more than a well-trafficked blog site, with very little if any original news content.

I always knew Arianna Huffington was a good shakedown artist, but this operation has to be her crowning achievement.

Because Americans have been bombarded for so long with “news” that is little more than opinion, they are now finding it increasingly difficult to distinguish between the two. There is no better illustration of this than the Huffington Puffington Post, which must be trafficked by every irrational, emotion-driven left-winger in the U.S. to achieve its Internet rankings.

My hat is off to Arianna for that accomplishment. It’s amazing what pure search-engine optimization can do for a website. And it’s amazingly sad what money can do to buy credibility where none actually exists.

Another illustration of a non-news entity masquerading as one is MSNBC. It is a cable television network completely driven by left-wing activists. There is no journalism being conducted there. It’s just pure political propaganda.

With this acquisition, that appears to be the direction AOL is going in its content.

Joseph Farah’s book “Stop the Presses: The Inside Story of the New Media Revolution” is a fascinating account of his life as a cutting-edge newsman

Consider yourself warned!

From this day forward, when you go to AOL News understand what that destination is all about. If you like MSNBC, you’ll love AOL!

I invite you to meet the new content guru of AOL.

Arianna describes herself as a “progressive independent” who is “coming from the fourth dimension of political time and space.” Does that strike you as a mainstream, well-grounded perspective?

This is a woman who can say nothing of any meaning or consequence and get network news coverage. Furthermore, she never stops yapping.

She has a made a name for herself with the Huffington Puffington Post by opening up her website to a parade of celebrity know-nothings to hurl the most irresponsible and groundless accusations against public figures with whom she disagrees.
How about this memorable moment from Huffington Puffington Post celebrity columnist Alec Baldwin: “[Vice President Dick] Cheney is a terrorist. He terrorizes our enemies abroad and innocent citizens here at home indiscriminately.” Feigning an apology a few days later, Baldwin offered: “How about something more measured, then? How about … a lying, thieving Oil Whore. Or, a murderer of the U.S. Constitution?”

I could list for you dozens of similar screeds from her pack of sniping jackals, but most are little more than vulgarity- and obscenity-filled, baseless declarations.

One of her favorite slurs involves labeling others as “irrational.”

Do you know what is irrational?

Becoming a disciple of various cult leaders – from Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh to Jolly John-Roger. That’s what Arianna Huffington was and is.

She became a follower of the Indian guru Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, whose cult practiced open sexual intercourse among its members and with its leader as a central tenet of their faith. The cult is most famous for attempting to take over an Oregon town. The faithful purchased 139 white Rolls Royces for their leader. A 2001 book, “Germs: Biological Weapons and America’s Secret War,” by New York Times reporter Judith Miller, revealed the cult spread potentially lethal salmonella bacteria in this town with the intent of infecting and incapacitating residents on Election Day so Rajneesh could win control of the local government.

From the Bhagwan, Huffington hooked up with John-Roger, founder of a New Age Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness, based on “the Mystical Traveler, a spiritual consciousness that exists throughout all levels of God’s creation.” In 1994, one of John-Roger’s disciples, Peter McWilliams, wrote “Life 102: What to Do When Your Guru Sues You,” alleging he was brainwashed to write John-Roger’s books with the promise he would be miraculously cured of AIDS. In the book, McWilliams wrote that Huffington had become a major financial backer of John-Roger and an ordained minister in his movement. McWilliams released a video of Huffington in a white robe being baptized by John-Roger.

From all appearances, Huffington’s devotion to John-Roger continues to this day.

If that sounds like the resume of a journalism professional to you, I invite you to tune in to AOL for all the news that’s fit to print.

There are plenty of proven and renowned Spiritual Leaders that one can follow like Mother Theresa, Gandhi, Deepak Chopra and the Dalai Lama.

So many people try to jump on the gravy train and form cults for their own self-promotion and financial success. You have to be smart about weeding out the fakes from the true leaders by simply doing your homework!

My personal take on all of this is simple. “Spiritual Leader” and “Business Man” do not go together! Follow who you will. I believe in Transcendental Meditation, eating organic foods (mainly fruits and veggies), exercising and being happy by focusing on the positive and being in touch with your senses and your environment (nature). I do not need a billionaire/billionairess guru to take a good portion of my money to preach that to me. After all, isn’t a “spriritual” person aka guru supposed to spread the peace and share the wealth??? It all comes down to Physics and Science. For example, a disabled person experiences much sharper or “heightened” senses to make up for the disabled sense. Don’t let anyone fool you and your wallet!! Just please be on guard is all. Alot of these gurus are actually cult empires out to get your hard earned money! I really find that absolutely disgusting.

If you remember correctly, Charles Manson started a so-called “spiritual cult” back in the 1960’s. He was so convincing that he managed to hypnotize a group of intelligent individuals and even befriended “The Beach Boys” for a period. Brian Wilson is a genius musician and actually allowed this lunatic and his followers into his house for a time period! It got to the point where they were freeloading and had access to his babies until his wife at that time put an end to it! Scary shit!!

People need to do their homework and research. She cannot fool me into following this nonsense!! Also, trying to belittle Maria Bartiromo is just NOT COOL in my book. Shut up and stop yapping people to death. I am much more interested in what Maria has to say. Sorry, but I think everyone else is too. Especially men!

The sad fact that she is able to fool scores of others leaves much to be desired for this country. Is it any wonder why other Countries are leading the way to the future? I am not surprised at all. This is just one example of the craziness that is going on in America. Search Engine Optimization leading the masses. I am horrified to discover what is next!

We are much better and brighter than this! I have faith in America despite all of this!
