Revised numbers give ‘Hall Pass’ box office win

After numbers were revised late Monday, Warner Bros. and New Line’s new comedy “Hall Pass” came out as the winner over a slow weekend at the domestic box office with $13.5 million.

According to Variety, it narrowly beat out the supposed winner, Disney and Touchstone’s 3D cartoon “Gnomeo & Juliet,” which finished with $13.4 million.

“Gnomeo & Juliet” has a domestic cumulative of $74.3 million.

Warner Bros. and Dark Castle’s “Unknown” finished No. 3 with $12.6 million for a domestic cumulative of $43 million.

DreamWorks’ “I Am Number Four” finished at No. 4 with $11 million for a domestic cumulative of $37.7 million

Sony’s “Just Go With It” placed No. 5 with $10.5 million for a domestic cumulative of $78.8 million.

    I can’t wait to see the movie “Hall Pass” but those Farrelly Brothers are both married so I think I know the outcome already. If they want to stay happy and continue to get some they better not upset the farm if you know what I mean!

    At least the Farrelly Brothers are funny. I think Harvey Weinstein is the best thing to happen to Hollywood myself.
