Beware of husbands who like being sent to the doghouse as an excuse to play in the cat house!

Exactly . . . . Basically, the message to women, esp. the older and out of shape married ones is the following:

Do not deny your husband sex as punishment bc he will take up with a real babe and think he is entitled to do so under the circumstances. Many men work this strategy to their own benefit after being married to the same partner for a long time as a way to indulge, if you know what I mean!

Even if you think it — be careful not to say it! God knows, that’s cost me a relationship, or two or three . . .

It’s the name thing–I always slip up.

Choo away any negative people or energy. You cannot prevent the negativity from entering your life but you can prevent it from staying there by not allowing it to fester and build a nest.

Educate yourself to the best of your ability and as time goes on, you will see that you will not find the need to empower ill-suited leaders by following them blindly. Create your own voice and formulate your own opinions! When you learn to do that for yourself, you only empower your mind and yourself.

One thing that you must realize and that I have learned the hard way is that just bc you would never hurt anyone intentionally DOES NOT MEAN that others think the same way. There are many many people who do hurt others intentionally and get great satisfaction from it. Worst of all, they present an image of kindness and generosity to the world that is both phony and dishonest! At least be who you are for crying out loud!
