“So. . .I’m making it official, and I LOVE my ‘new name!'” the former MTV VJ tweeted. “@VanessaLachey…. has a nice ring to it ;-)”

Her Twitter bio is currently “Host by day, Wifey by night, Wanna-be Mommy all the time,” so we’re guessing that she and Lachey are working on filling up their new Encino mansion with a family as soon as possible.
