Blanc de Chine Spring 2012

Inspired by Ink and wash paintings that were developed in china during the Tang Dynasty over 400 years ago, this ancient art form is revered as one of the most valuable in China. Using the same techniques and effects, Blanc de Chine applied the same delicate texture to traditional chong sams, evening gowns and jackets to create ephemeral and elegant statement pieces that marry tradtional Chinese culture with modern haute couture.
