“Top Chef: Seattle’s” two-part season finale ends tonight and, with a win, one of the most buzzed-about chefs in the country could be Asian American!.

Kristen Kish grew up in West Michigan and is a graduate of East Kentwood High School. Tonight, she could become the 10th person to earn the title “Top Chef” on the hit Bravo reality TV show.

Tonight, Kish will cook head-to-head versus one of the most sought-after chefs in the Los Angeles area, Brooke Williamson. A child prodigy, Williamson already has the pedigree and social circle of more seasoned chefs.

Kish, who now lives and works in Boston, was the ‘cheftestant’ who had won the most individual challenges until her elimination. Then, that moniker went to Williamson. This truly is a battle of the best chefs on the show and should be exciting to watch.

Each of the finalists will prepare their best five dishes live in front of a studio audience including friends, families and all of the previous nine “Top Chef” winners. The Roman Coliseum-style seating has the crowd looking over the shoulders of both chefs as they aim to impress judges Hugh Acheson, Emeril Lagasse, Gail Simmons, host Padma Lakshmi and head judge Tom Colicchio.

The winner receives $125,000 as well as a feature in Food and Wine magazine and a showcase at the annual Food and Wine Classic in Aspen, Colorado.

UPDATE: CONGRATULATIONS! KRISTEN WON!!!
