Tour de France Festival Celebrating Fall’s Seasonal Picks
Celebrating Fall, the Tour de France Festival held a kickoff party that showcased some of the seasonal menu items from their group of 11 NYC based restaurants pairing beer, artisinal sausages and apples. The group’s beer sommelier Gianni Cavicchi focused the pairings on New York breweries like the Bronx Brewery, Kelso Brewing, Empire Brewing and Ommegang Brewery. Here are some highlights of culinary delights whipped up by their French themed restuarants.
Our favorite item was the delectable savory & sweet carmelized apple tart that had a perfectly balanced texture of crunch and softness.
