Marisa Sung’s Fabulous Fondues For All (Including Diabetics)

Chocolate Fondue

This is great to prepare for dessert at a dinner party. You may accompany the Fondue with an array of fresh fruit pieces, angel food cake squares, etc. Guys love to share in Fondue because it is very romantic! 🙂 You will need a nice Fondue Pot, fresh flowers and two tall candles for the table setting. 🙂 I have a beautiful copper Fondue Pot that my mom gave me for Christmas last year from Williams Sonoma!! 🙂

Ingredients:
8 ounces of fat free cream cheese
8 ounces of semisweet chocolate; coarsely shredded with your Cuisinart PowerBlend Duet Food Processor.
1 cup of light cream
2 tbsp. of low fat margarine
1-2 tbsp. of sugar free chocolate liqueur or brandy
Fresh fruits in season; cut into bite size pieces

Steps:
Beat cream cheese with an electric beater in a small mixer bowl until soft and creamy.
Transfer cream cheese to fondue pot, add chocolate, cream, margarine. Stir over a low heat until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth. Add liqueur; mix well.
Serve fondue warm with a selection of fresh fruit on skewers and biscuits (cookies.) Ask your guest(s) to help himself! Remember their is NO BETTER APHRODISIAC THAN HOT MELTED CHOCOLATE!! 🙂
