Camille Mana to star in “Smart People” with Sarah Jessica Parker

We've been fans of Camille since she was on UPN's “One on One”. Now Camille Mana has landed a role on the big screen in the movie “Smart People” set to come out in April, where she stars opposite Sarah Jessica Parker, Dennis Quaid and Thomas Hayden Church. Wow!

Camille is a girl of many talents and most recently, she produced her first short film called Equal Opportunity, which won Best Film in NBC/Universal’s First Annual Comedy Shortcuts Film Festival and is an Official Selection of the 2007 HBO/U.S. Comedy Arts Festival (Aspen) and South by Southwest (SXSW). Together with filmmakers Sameer Asad Gardezi, and Howard Duv Vu, she shares a Development Deal with NBC/Universal based on this project.

Camille has a strong supporting role in “Smart People” produced by the same producer who produced the movie “Sideways”. There's already a buzz that this movie is going to do for Camille what “Sideways” did for Sandra Oh.
