Vietnamese American Betty Nguyen of CNN

Betty’s personal tale is no less inspiring than her professional history. She was born in Vietnam to an American serviceman and Vietnamese mother. In 1975, the country was about to fall to Communism and was in complete chaos. One night, she was able to escape with her family. She is a true American.

Ms. Nguyen is excited and up to the challenge for paving the way for the next generation of Asian American women. As Betty Nguyen continues to defy boundaries and career choices we look forward to watching her continue to make history!
