Freida’s publicist in India is denying that she will partake in the new Bond 23 film.

According to the Daily News, Divya Tejuja, Pinto’s official spokesperson in India, denies that the “Slumdog Millionaire” star will play Daniel Craig’s leading lady in his third 007 installment, “Bond 23.”

“It is of course very flattering to even be rumored to be part of a Bond film but she has certainly NOT been approached for the role of the next Bond girl opposite Daniel Craig as yet,” Tejuja said via email Monday night.

Love the operative word, YET! We’ll see!

“Bond 23” will be released in 2011 and is set to take place in Afghanistan.
