Tina: Headbands can be fabulously dressy! It all depends on what’s on the headband that makes it appropriate. See the Flower headband from Urban Outfitters? For only $18, you can dress up a simple outfit and stand out in a crowd!

I want to get my boyfriend jewelry for his birthday what is a classic piece I can get him that he would want to wear?
Tina: Depending on how “accessorized” he likes to get, I suggest either an interesting silver chain bracelet or a necklace with an interesting pendant. A chain bracelet is masculine and fashionable.
Dear Tina,
Can I pull off leg warmers this year? If so, where can I get them and what colors are appropriate for a woman in her early 30s?
Tina: Girl, you can pull off leg warmers anytime. It’s all in your attitude. I found a fabulous pair last winter in Ricky’s which was leopard print.
When it’s cold out and you are dressed to impress (but not to stay warm), you need those leg warmers to get you to your final destination.
