Lakme Fashion Week has potential

Lakme Fashion Week (October October 20-24) otherwise known as Fashion Week of Mumbai has been conceived and created with a vision to “Integrate India into the global fashion world and redefine the future of fashion”. Lakme Fashion Week focuses on the retail scene in India while continuing to integrate India into the Global Fashion world. While we can't see embellished saris turning into an American trend, we did see a few designs which caught our attention. Like this cute dress from Chaitanya Rao.
