From the family-friendly SUMMER WARS and A TALE OF ULULU’S WONDERFUL FOREST, to more mature titles like NIGHT & FOG and AT THE END OF DAYBREAK, and everything in between. These are films that will be enjoyed by anyone looking for something great to watch this summer ” she said.

“And yes, the genre fans will be very pleased with selections like ROBOGEISHA, PHOBIA 2, BAY RONG (CLASH) and CHAW,” she said.

Hwang also offered that last year’s Audience Award winner, IP MAN, will be showing at the AFFD Kickoff Party at LaGrange in Deep Ellum, a few days before the much-anticipated sequel’s Centerpiece Presentation. “It’s free and open to the public. We want everyone to come. It’s going to be huge,” she said.
