Patricia Field talks styling Sex in the City

Ayumi (see our interview with her), who styles the Wonder Girls’ hair, also styles Patricia Field’s hair.

Patricia Field was on the Today Show with Hoda and Kathie Lee this morning in a “Sex” styles for frugal fashionistas segment.

Kathie Lee asked her why women will spend hundreds of dollars on an Hermès scarf, when a non-designer label is just as nice and significantly cheaper. Field says, “Because they’re insecure.” So funny, yet so true!

Remember style does not cost money! Just don’t buy your items from the sale racks of Gap and JCrew. We all know.
