Janina Gavankar Mixes Dubstep with Hip-Hop in New Track
Actress and songstress Janina Gavankar has teamed up with Canadian Dubstep producer Downlink to create the track “Kali Ma”.
The song fuses hip-hop with dubstep and Gavankar says it’s all “about recognizing how powerful you really are.”
Gavankar is most recognized for her role in The L Word and currently stars in ABC’s The Gates. She is also noted for putting her own spin on Kayne West’s track “Love Lockdown”.
