Jason Wu for Target

If you missed out on Target’s last sold out collection with Missoni, you can make up for it on February 5 when they unveil their latest capsule collection with Jason Wu.
Hailing from Taiwan, Jason has always been interested in fashion from a young age. Since his eponymous debut in 2006, he has been embraced and praised by the fashion community for bridging the shapes and silhouettes of modern American sportswear with his old world aesthetic and sophistication. His latest collection with Target was inspired by the sugary innocence of post war early 60s with a hint of mischief from a modern day Holly go Lightly.
Expect to see his signature lady like silhouettes translated to day wear like pin tucked peplum tops and box pleated skirts, shift dresses, flared skirts and piped trench coats in nautical stripes, contrasting solids or dainty floral prints paired with structured straw saddle bags and boxy top handled bags.
Priced to fly off the shelves these limited edition pieces range from $19.99 to $59.99 and will only be available at select Target stores and online starting on February 5 until March 6. Let’s just hope that Target has fixed their website so it doesn’t crash after the first two hours.
